Public transport is the quickest and easiest way to get to and from an event at Melbourne & Olympic Parks. Trains, trams and buses operate frequently, dropping you right at the door of Australia’s premier sports and entertainment precinct. On site public car parking is very limited. To avoid disappointment, we recommend the use of public transport.

All of these stations are within walking distance of the Melbourne & Olympic Parks precinct. The addition of the Champions Walk and William Barak Bridge from Birrarung Marr makes short pleasurable walk from the City, Federation Square and along the Yarra.
By Tram
Tram 70 (Wattle Park) Tram services from Flinders Street and Richmond Stations stop at Melbourne Park (Rod Laver Arena / Melbourne Park Function Centre) and Hisense Arena. Take from Flinders Street to Wattle Park.
Tram 48 (North Balwyn) & Tram 75 (Vermont South) Stops adjacent to MCG on Wellington Parade.
By Bus
Bus 605 (City - Gardenvale) Travels down Exhibition Street, Batman Avenue and Olympic Boulevard (previously known as Swan Street)
Bus 246 (Latrobe Uni - Elsternwick Station) Travels down Punt Road, stops at the corner of Olympic Blvd. From here patrons can walk approximately 500 metres to Hisense Arena, Rod Laver Arena and Olympic Park Stadium.
By Taxi
A dedicated taxi rank operates for all events next to The Oval on Olympic Blvd (previously known as Swan St.) convenient for all venues, providing a safe and efficient way to hail a taxi.
Public parking throughout the Melbourne & Olympic Parks precinct is severely limited and availability dependent on the event schedule. To avoid disappointment, patrons are strongly encouraged to use public transport. Public transport services take you to the door of the Melbourne & Olympic Parks precinct.

Parking rates apply in all Melbourne & Olympic Parks carparks;
Non Event Parking ($6.00) - patrons will receive an automatically generated ticket upon entry. This ticket should be validated at the clearly marked PAY STATIONS any time prior to leaving the carpark.
Event Parking ($15.00) - patrons will pay for parking on arrival to the carpark attendant. Cash only will be accepted for event parking.
Hire Car Set-Down and Pick-Up Area
Melbourne & Olympic Parks Trust with assistance from Vic Roads and CityLink Melbourne have installed a Hire Car set-down/pick-up facility just south of the existing Coach set-down/pick-up area on Batman Avenue, outside Rod Laver Arena.

• No Cigarettes for sale on premises
• No Alcohol for sale after 3am
• Bad Attitudes will not be tolerated
• Instamatic cameras are permitted.
• Professional cameras or cameras with external zoom lenses will not be permitted
• No professional recording devices of any kind are permitted
• You may be filmed at this event for broadcasting
• Doors close 7.00AM
• Keep a close eye on your friends
• Familiarise yourself with First Aid locations
• Stay hydrated. Free Water is available on site
